Not that I would personally buy one... but I think the biggest problem with these have always been the fact that you have a cord going from your ear straight to your wrist all the time. If it had bluetooth these things might have more than a snowball's chance in hell... I mean... everyone loves "all-in-one" type devices as long as they look good and function well/easily...
To me the size of the mp3 watch wouldn't seem to be a main problem (within reason, obviously) because I would suspect "most" people would want to use something like this for exercise... obviously... the smaller the better.
